Our Capabilities
Sunlift Suspension has a deep understanding of automotive suspension technology, and has mastered various electronic damper control systems including ECAS, CDC, EDC, ADS, VDS, and MRC. This expertise allows the company to develop and manufacture a comprehensive range of air suspension struts, shock absorber struts, and coil spring shock assemblies. The company's commitment to quality is reflected in its adherence to the IATF 16949 quality management system. Sunlift Suspension's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, spanning 12,000 square meters, houses fully automated production lines and six assembly workshops, enabling it to produce 80,000 to 120,000 air suspension and electronically controlled spring damper assemblies annually. This robust production capability ensures the timely delivery of high-quality products to meet the demands of its global customer base.
